Remember when Hubbard County blockaded Native folks & allies into Namewag Camp? When they violently arrested 12 people in our driveway & denied water deliveries to private land?
Hubbard County has been sanctioned for refusing to comply with court proceedings.

PolyMet would destroy or drain thousands of acres of peatlands - the largest permitted destruction of wetlands in Minnesota history. It's a climate disaster.
This is a story about peat — the brown stuff lurking in bogs and swamps and potting soil — and why it may be nature’s greatest champion against climate change. nyti.ms/3BYREk1

California’s carbon market could hinder the state from meeting its ambitious climate goals, while exacerbating pollution in already overburdened communities, new reports say. For years, environmental justice activists warned that would happen.

Jamie Dimon, CEO of @JPMorgan @Chase, is the fossil fuel industry’s BFF, sweetheart, and sugar daddy. He’s shoveled $317B into climate chaos since 2015. It’s time to break them up. See full video #Valentine at 350nyc.org/Chase #DefundClimateChaos #parody #OilsBestFriend

St. Clair is a firm believer that we need to move tree populations, and fast. But due to bureaucratic logjams and a fervent commitment to planting native species, there’s very little assisted migration in the US— unlike in Canada... motherjones.com/environment/…

Over a million people have seen this Tweet, @SenAmyKlobuchar. Can we talk to you now?
BREAKING: @SenAmyKlobuchar was just confronted at a fundraising event by a group of water protectors who SHUT DOWN her speech.
When faced with Indigenous youth questioning her inaction on Line 3, she rolled her eyes, tried to interrupt, and eventually fled the stage. #StopLine3

Flag how @exxonmobil CEO keeps saying fossil fuels are "linked" 2 #climatechange or "contribute," but carefully refuses to say "causes." Also keeps referring to "at that time." I am a historian of that time! I know what scientists knew at that time, & it was NOT what EXM said!

While we were on the river today we noticed that a spot in the river is warmer, and appears to have been polluted with drilling mud, as if the drilling team punctured an aquifer.
These accidents go unreported and put our river at risk. We must #StopLine3.
