@qatarairways with 3 days to go you've cancelled my flight. 6 days of trying to contact you, 3 hours on hold (before the call was terminated), several phone numbers that don't work and a live chat that doesn't respond, a tweet to your support centre, and confusing emails. Help!
The app tells us nothing helpful, your contact centre in the UK and Australia is not picking up, and your facebook and website are out of date.
I've sent all details to @qrsupport but no response.
How can I get home?

Lazy salespeople will automate their funnel , standardise their sales collateral, and sell pre-packaged products that don't create 'oh shit' moments in production. More profit = more commission.
