these specific colors turned out in such a way that it looks like a cool shading illusion.... or like some kinda abstracted sunset

had a terribly high idea and texted my wife my musings including the idea that snow for noelle is not necessarily linked to trauma/suppressed memories but more thematically tied to /wish fulfillment/ or even "dreams coming true"

#deltarune STILL workshopping this cus it's rly just my vibes rn but feels like ch5 introduces connections with Ralsei, "Love", and the (green) code from which the game Deltarune grows. (i provided my jp dialogue translations; highlighted in red is wording specified in jp only)

GAMERS IT IS TIME I Think Toby Fox Likes Drakengard I've been noticing an absurd amount of connections between Drakengard and UTDR and I made this video to display those connections for others. Step into the chaos with me and let me know what you think! youtu.be/lLdBWVPZo98

feel like the exact theming around whether Hometown is "real" or the "realness vs fakeness" of Deltarune's light vs dark has already been explored (heavily) in Moon RPG Remix and slightly in the history of Tazmily Village and the Nowhere Islands from Mother 3 .............

if "gaster" <---> "stager" ends up being real, would be the bow on the package that is everything Deltarune wants to explore in its theater-like setpieces with its inherent suspension of disbelief. makes me think of homestuck's theater symbolism and utena's theater symbolism too

wanna talk more about deltarune . seeing discussion on twit makes me remember being fresh in college in 2015 and how intensely-yet-superficially I engaged w/ Undertale and it took many more years of life to come back and finally see all the depth, the colors i couldn't before…

but i also have seen the same discussions/opinions pop up again and again bc the ideas all pull from the same pool, if that makes any sense :'3
