Devastated to hear of the passing of our good friend Adam Ramey. His band Dropout Kings sponsored Chris back in 2022. Adam was a close friend and someone I relied on heavily for business and music advice. He was one of the smartest dudes I know and I truly can’t put into words how great of a guy he was. He was friends with everyone and truly one of the best networkers in the game. Rest easy Adam.. I love you brother.

Three years ago yesterday, @chrishacker_ made his truck series debut. Two years ago yesterday, @bradxperez made his Xfinity series debut. It’s crazy how time flies man but so blessed and thankful to have these two guys in my life. Crazy to see how far both of y’all have come.

So @chrishacker_ ‘s parents, just drove two hours to meet in the parking lot of IRP for some decals I needed printed last second for the 14 car tomorrow.. Not only that, they brought us a bunch of Banana bread.. I say it all the time but Chris, your parents are angels❤️

A year ago this weekend, @chrishacker_ wheeled the @OnPMotorsports @forthepeople truck to a 12th place finish at North Wilkesboro, in what was one of the most star studded truck fields in a minute. Crazy how much stuff changes man but will never forget what it felt like walking out of the place. Felt like we were on top of the world man. We’ll get back there someday bud. Forever proud of the things you accomplished.

Chris is officially heading home!! He’s made tremendous progress over the last few days and was able to be released sooner than expected. God is good man. ❤️❤️

Update on @chrishacker_ Despite being knocked unconscious on impact of the accident, when he was transported to the hospital on Wednesday, they initially thought he had escaped with just a possible concussion and some cuts and bruises. Chris was extremely shaken up but he was actually able to FaceTime his family and myself from the ambulance. Even for the first couple hours at the hospital, he was in high spirits and was hoping to either be released same day or following day. This optimism changed quickly though upon immediate results of his CT scan which showed his condition was critical. He showed numerous internal injuries and was rushed into an emergency exploratory laparotomy surgery. It turns out Chris had the following injuries: ⁃Multiple thoracic fractures in spine: T1, T2, T3, and C7 (found during MRI) ⁃Ruptured spleen which had to be removed. ⁃A collapsed lung ⁃Internal bleeding ⁃Lacerated Kidney ⁃Lacerated adrenal gland Following the removal of his spleen, he was updated to stable condition, but he had to have a nasogastric tube put in as he hasn’t been able to eat on his own since the day of the accident. We’re all hoping this will be removed tomorrow. He’s still in the hospital and we still don’t know exactly when he’ll be able to come home. He’s making progress but he’s certainly got a long recovery ahead. With that being said though, he’s extremely lucky to still be here with us. Chris and his family have been overwhelmed with the support they’ve been given. They’ve read the messages and comments, and it truly means the world to them. A huge thank you to everyone that has reached out! Better days ahead!
