“We were previously blind, but now we see.”
For clinicians and patients, navigating leptomeningeal metastases (LM) diagnosis has historically been one of oncology’s steepest hurdles. Symptoms can masquerade as almost anything from persistent headaches and gait disturbances to double vision or auditory sensations. When relying solely on subjective history and qualitative imaging LM patients face the risk of their disease going undetected or misdiagnosed.
In our debut video of the CNS Cancer Clinical Perspectives series, Dr. Peter Forsyth shares insights into the qualitative limitations of standard imaging and clinical suspicion, biological complexity of the CSF compartment, and urgent necessity of precise molecular testing to inform clinical trials and targeted therapies.
As we look ahead to @NeuroOnc's #SNO2026 Annual Meeting next month, $CNSY is proud to champion these vital conversations alongside the launch of our next-generation CNSide® NGS capabilities.

$CNSY announced that a poster presentation of interim data from its ongoing ReSPECT-LMM multidose study of REYOBIQ™ will be presented at @NeuroOnc's 31st Annual Meeting and Education Day, taking place November 12–15, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
The poster will report interim safety, dosimetry, CSF tumor cell enumeration, and individual treatment course data on the first ten patients from the multidose ReSPECT-LMM study.
Cerenome will also host a sponsored symposium at #SNO2026, featuring: Dr. Michael Youssef, Dr. Andrew Brenner, and Dr. Priya Kumthekar.

Replying to @FLBlue
@FLBlue has signed a regional coverage agreement for the CNSide CSF TCE and Molecular Profile Tests, adding ~6 million covered lives to its contracted payer footprint. This expands contracted payer access to ~164 million covered lives.

CNS cancers demand more than isolated innovations. They require a connected approach that improves how disease is detected, treated, and understood over time.
$CNSY's integrated platform that unites precision diagnostics, targeted therapeutics, and clinical data into one system.
$CNSY’s new CNSide® CSF Molecular Profile tests are officially available to U.S. clinicians!
@CNSideDx's Tumor Cell Enumeration (TCE) test gives clinicians a reliable way to detect and track tumor cells in the CSF, and now the expanded platform with CNSide® CSF Molecular Profile tests marks an evolution from detection to deep molecular actionability. CNSide now expands beyond cell enumeration to complementary, comprehensive DNA and RNA profiling from cerebrospinal fluid, covering primary CNS tumors, brain metastases, and hematologic cancers.
This marks a major step forward in delivering liquid biopsy precision to patients facing severe CNS malignancies.
