Besides that, obviously trying to build a culture. This is the most important thing, because when I came in in April, it was a similar situation as now — pretty dire, people pretty depressed about the situation. It’s gonna be back to me and the coaching staff to pick up the pieces, make sure that people are getting motivated again and that we’re staying positive. Going back to the drawing board, seeing what is missing in our playbook, how we’re gonna approach future events, looking at the map pool in general and helping people in their positions as well. It’s gonna be a lot of work.”
