I had a friend of mine beg me to play the game for a year and i said EVERYTHING you can imagine as far as reasons i didnt wanna play. “I dont fuck with mobas” , “the games ugly”(it was ugly af back then) , “nobody is on it” , etc. I FINALLY caved and decided to stream it. Even tho i was getting shit on , i still managed to see the passion , polish and care they put into this game. I then wanted to challenge myself to get better , understand the game more and involve myself in the community and i did! I think thats part of the reason i still try to convince ppl to play the game even if they seemed turned away from it because I WAS ONCE A NONBELIEVER TOO.

“We’ll have to go back to the drawing board, evaluate this event and see if this is the style that we want to continue or if we should be going back to something else.
Besides that, obviously trying to build a culture. This is the most important thing, because when I came in in April, it was a similar situation as now — pretty dire, people pretty depressed about the situation.
It’s gonna be back to me and the coaching staff to pick up the pieces, make sure that people are getting motivated again and that we’re staying positive.
Going back to the drawing board, seeing what is missing in our playbook, how we’re gonna approach future events, looking at the map pool in general and helping people in their positions as well.
It’s gonna be a lot of work.”
