.@wvgovernor hates poor people, but he especially hates poor children.
I don't have to tell you because there is an entire report on the subject. westvirginiawatch.com/wp-con…
And how many children have died in foster care under your watch, Governor? How many orphans have you stolen money from since your election?
Our children are a part of West Virginia’s comeback story.
Over the past year, Gov. @MorriseyWV has announced more than 19,000 projected jobs and $96B in outside private investments.

When we got suspended from Cornell for our peaceful, anti-genocide encampment, Cornell admin threatened to attach a permanent notice to our transcripts about the suspensions. Cornell chose to protect this rapist, and chose not to notify or warn NSU about him.
New: One of the Cornell students accused of gang rape transferred to a Florida university.
The university says it was unaware of the allegations when it admitted him, raising questions about what disciplinary info follows students between colleges.

Had to escalate the situation to a supervisor (I did this all through email because ya girl learned a long time ago to keep written proof) and got the fees removed. I am going to pay the $9 toll instead of an additional $76 on top of that. Because I had my EZ Pass mounted.
.@WVParkways double dipping by not reading EZ passes and not applying it to your account you've had for over a decade, and instead trying to fine you for going through tolls because their reader didn't work.

Be skeptical of any analysis that doesn't adjust for inflation or note key external events during the analysis timeline. No, WV isn't spending "more than ever on public schools". State share of school aid funding is 17% below 2009 levels; total (state + local) spending down 11%.
Enrollment is down across the nation, not just in the Mountain State. On average, our school buildings sit half-empty. Meanwhile, West Virginia taxpayers are spending more on public schools, and for fewer students, than ever before.
Despite the siren song of the tax-and-spend left, simply spending more on government-run education will do nothing to fix the inherent flaws in our school funding formula or help our kids succeed. State lawmakers should swiftly take bold action to fund students, not systems while ensuring parents direct every dollar.
