Currently seeing a 86.6% on a random subset of BBH, which puts me in line with the results seen by Deep Mind.
@lateinteraction I tried out many of the functions built in to DSPy. If you think it makes sense I can open a pull request to add this to the repo as an example, might be helpful to new people.

and if you're an AI native moving fast, it's far more work to explain what you want to a slow moving vendor than it is to just build it yourself. and that disconnect ratio is growing by leaps and bounds every week

the gap between day to day operations at AI native and establish companies continues to increase at pretty remarkable rates. i think we're past the point that incumbents will have much to sell ai natives, because they simply don't understand how they operate anymore

Abundance usually gets explained as a list of problems: zoning, permits, licensing, slow approvals.
Here’s what we'd actually get if we fixed them:
Lunch costs $4, like it does in Japan and Singapore. Most US cities require three or four separate sinks, which makes a kitchen under 200 square feet nearly impossible.
Anyone can open an owl cafe or a vegan lesbian bookstore. Japan is full of tiny, oddly specific businesses run by one or two people. They survive because small spaces are cheap and enough people live close enough to walk in.
A room in a big city for $400 a month. These buildings housed millions of low-income and older Americans until cities banned most of them by the 1980s.
A three-bedroom apartment you can stay in after you have a kid. US codes require two staircases in buildings over three stories, so family-sized units only fit on the corners. Most of the world allows one staircase.
A new electric car for about $10,000. China sells these globally. Americans can't buy it.
A government so dependable it's boring. When a loved one dies, you report it once instead of to every agency.
We can decide to make it happen here.
The full list has 16 things, from taco trucks on every corner to no more pandemics. I wrote this to also announce that today is DC Abundance's official launch!
If you’re in DC, come celebrate and see the G.O.A.T. Derek Thompson speak!

Four months ago, we built Rampart the on-device privacy model.
Today we are releasing Rampart Edge. It's 10x smaller, more accurate, and runs on almost any device.

I'm not surprised by how many highly intelligent people were impressed by Elon's marketing stunt - like AI and big tech people.
They're as easily manipulated as anyone.
They just saw some cool-looking, but useless & economically unviable demo vaporware, and they celebrate as if Elon just discovered fire.
Ironically, these same people weren't impressed when a far more useful Elon vaporware was first presented: The Optimus bot.
Because the presentation was lame af.
High IQ actually doesn't prevent you from being manipulated.
It's awareness and control of your emotions that make you immune to jedi mind tricks.
One reason the dot com popped: ad revenue driving massive growth was mostly VC money sloshing around. When funding dried up, growth stalled, valuations collapsed, investors fled, and down you go until Yahoo is 97% off its high.

Watching that Roadster acting like Spiderman, then flying like Ironman, while my AI agents are busy doing some boring little tasks. Something's off. I'm aiming way too low.
