The assets property of /libraries/:library will only contain the latest version of the library. Assets for older versions are still accessible via /libraries/:library/:version.

This is cool. We added cdnjs on the certificate for four thousand sites that use it, and gave them a single IP to see how connections would be reused.
We saw 78% fewer TLS connections to cdnjs, which means lower CPU cost and better privacy. Oddly, no clear page load time boost.
