Fighter Narshon Kohlo has been released after spending a few days in police detention. He has been accused of disorderly conduct and another charge stems from posting pictures of citizens holding a yellow card, an online protest carried out to flag the illegitimacy of CAA3.

ARREST UPDATE Our Youth Chairperson Fighter Narshon Kohlo has been transferred from Budiriro 2 Police station to Harare Central Law & Order. He is still detained and yet to be charged. Like many revolutionaries @Che_Guevara_ZW is targeted for opposing Mr Mnangagwa’s misrule.

We have Received Reports that our Youth Command Chairperson @Che_Guevara_ZWhas been detained by @PoliceZimbabwe at Budiriro 2. The Charges are not yet clarified despite him receiving targeted threats for his firm stance against CAA3.

#JustIn: The National Youth Chair & fellow young Defenders were at the Con Court hearing in the matter of Rueben Zulu & 5 Others v The President of Zim & Others. Prof Lovemore Madhuku & Adv Lewis Uriri argued for direct access to the Con Court to challenge the legality of CAA3!

The CDF Youth Braai brought young people together for fellowship, dialogue and civic engagement. The message remains clear: democracy and constitutionalism must be defended. CAA3 is a “coup on democracy,” threatening constitutional awareness, peaceful organising & accountability!
