I see no directive in scripture that I must listen to or give any regard at all to pastor/ teachers other than my own. Some can be helpful but, I have a pastor. I have a Bible. I can follow along and pick out anything that doesn’t sound right. Then, I will ask him.

If we’re going to call out sin to a younger generation, let’s make sure the Bible actually supports that it is indeed sin. Otherwise, it’s legalism cloaked in morality.

I see “tattoo bad” making the rounds. Maybe ( most definitely) all of us have “respectable sins” that rarely make this kind of noise. Maybe a life of sin is who we were. Maybe we should praise God that we aren’t any longer. Maybe.

Please don’t drink raw milk or give it to your kids. Just heard of a severe case of E coli (STEC)-HUS (hemolytic uremic syndrome) in a toddler who drank raw milk. Required hospitalization and transfusions. Not worth the risk. ~5% have stroke or end stage kidney disease & 3-4% die

Just saw a “nutritional therapist” post about cutting carbs and encouraging people to drink raw milk. This is dangerous and frankly stupid. You *need* carbs to live and drinking raw milk is high risk for some nasty bugs that will make you quite sick. (1/2)
