F/A - LFT R6 Coach T1, willing to pick up multiple(dual) roles (Strategic, Analytics, player development/generalized support & management).
Personal Goal:
With M80X, my priority was to see how much a 3 year disconnect from the R6 META might impact my coaching. With working with the team/talking w/ Fabian & Merc, realistically the gap was a lot lower than I expected and I am confident that my capabilities to read and understand the META is peak. With my time away in Valorant, I was able to break away from the strategic/analytical focus of the role and truly focus down the development of individual players as well as the macro-scope development of a team. I confidently feel like a solid jack of all trades coach that esports unfortunately demands.
I would have loved to have qualified along side the M80X roster, but I will be satisfied with how quickly we were able to scale up and rebuild fundamentals in the month we had. Realistically, without knowing their plans I have to look after myself (hence the LFT), but if they end up maintaining the roster and I don't find a home I'm sure I'll be helping rebuild the team's framework in some capacity.
Always thankful for the support in wherever I ended up, just glad to finally be back.

As you may have seen both Jazzy and Power have retired and I've also made my decision to retire. PP at the moment is uncertain but I am so grateful for all the support and love you guys have shown us. Game Changers is at its lowest and it has become unrealistic to continue pursuing this passion. I am so grateful for all the friends I've made along the way and the memories that came with it. Shoutout to Shopify for treating me with so much love even though my time there was short, you guys truly made me feel so welcomed and allowed me to be at my happiest. Thank you to all of those who supported and believed in me but also a special thanks to Lyka; you supported, and cheered me on when I was a nobody and still to this day root for me, and I'll forever be grateful so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Moving forward I will be looking into collegiate val and I hope that I can come to enjoy this new chapter in my life. If any schools has any interest or questions please dm me or @ggbench

Today I’m announcing my retirement from GC. I need to focus on my career and income as it’s no longer realistic to think I can develop professionally here with 0 org investment in 2024. Thanks to my teammates, coaches, and staff along the way, including C9 and coL, and to everyone in the community who supported or cheered for me over the years!
I am now planning to focus on collegiate VAL and am considering sevral offers already. Any other programs who might be interested can reach out to me or @ggbench directly.
