After 10-12 years, methane from cows is broken down into CO2, entering a carbon cycle absorbed by plants and grass through photosynthesis, converted into cellulose and eaten by cows and the whole cycle starts again. Natural environmental sustainability.🐄

Smithfield meat market & Billingsgate fish market are to be closed (850 years trading) after City of London Corporation voted to withdraw support. This cannot be allowed to happen. So many fishing, farming & food supply chains depend on this.

Literally the worst customer service…again from @BTBusiness - in the process of trying to sort our 14 broadband accounts out we now have 24 accounts and I have personally emailed and called them daily. No one cares once they have signed you up to a new deal. @bt_uk #fail

Scotland is yet to understand that it’s the loss of B&Bs across rural Scotland that will be the biggest impact of Scot Gov’s ill conceived STL legislation. The loss of livelihoods, the loss to local communities and to visitor accommodation. No more folk eating at the local pub either…it’s our own “government” who have done this to its own country and citizens. Extraordinary.

Today I put forward a motion @scotparl to pause the introduction of the licencing scheme for short-term lets for 1 year. We won the argument but lost the vote. Thanks to all those who backed us, and particularly @FergusEwingSNP
