I’m looking for the @drinkwellaustin hot toddy recipe I wrote down many moons ago, but cannot seem to find it. It’s the perfect blend of spicy, soothing, and warming for the winter months. I could have sworn that even @imbibe featured it, but I can’t find it there, either. Help!

the human has only smiled once today. it was when i rolled over. with my feets in the air. and sneezed. it wasn’t on purpose. but they seemed to really enjoy it. so since then. i’ve been lying on my back. desperately trying to sneeze
No- I’m not “triggered” by this. When something traumatic happens to you, you think about it every. single. day. This is not triggering. This is the gut-wrenching and heartbreaking confirmation for my already disordered thinking that I did the “right” thing by keeping quiet.
I love listening to Dustin O’Halloran on headphones and hearing his piano bench squeak - it makes me want to be in @sawyerstoltz living room listening to him play. Strange the little things that we don’t even realize give us comfort.

Heading to a Modern Times beer festival today- after attending quite a few beer festivals, I’ve learned the one absolute essential item to bring: Tums.
