Tinashe talks about the reception to her album ‘Popstar’:
“I’ve never even sniffed the top 10 of a [major] Billboard chart. So that isn’t something that I even like to know, let alone be concerned with. I was surprised by the reaction, honestly. People are like, ‘Why are you surprised?!’ And I’m like, ‘Why wouldn’t I be surprised?’ The album doesn’t feel particularly different from a creative standpoint. I think the reception is the difference, which is exciting to say the least.”

I’ll give a movie 5 stars because I enjoyed it, doesn’t mean I think it’s the best
Why is it so hard for people to understand, y’all treat movies like examinations and not forms of entertainment
