it is translating conditional logic into entries, sizing, exits, then testing it.

Been thinking about something in x402 for a while, so I finally opened a PR for it.
With exact scheme, the payer has to hold the exact token specified in PaymentRequirements. When you pay with a credit card, you don't care about currency, the exchange happens behind the scenes. Made me wonder why x402 couldn't work the same way.
swap-settlement extension: even if the payer holds a different asset (WETH, cbBTC, etc), the facilitator atomically swaps it so the resource server gets the exact token and amount it asked for at payTo. Resource server doesn't change anything, it always receives the asset it expects.
