@CityofCT Newlands (5) has been without power from 8:30pm last night until now, thats almost 12 hrs with no power. When will power be restored?

In this case, should people who add to the economy not be prioritised for the vaccination over prisons?

Why are pregnant women not part of earlier vaccination groups?
