If you watch NFL games with the mindset of the WWE, it makes so much sense.

In 1987, Randy White crossed the picket line (along with Dallas Cowboys teammates Tony Dorsett, Ed Jones & Danny White) and lost to a Washington Redskins team hat had all replacement players- including a quarterback who was on work-release from prison. Loser endorses loser.

If Mississippi States one spot drop feels off to you, it’s because it is. In the history of college football there have only been two cases where a team fell less than 10 spots in the AP Top 25 after a 30+ point loss this early in the season. 1994 Tennessee fell 8 spots 1984 UCLA fell 9 spots So yes, Miss States falling only one spot is not only an anomaly, it’s statistically unbelievable.

I'll never get over the spectacle of watching American citizens chanting for a dictator. Watching Christians worship the most immoral, psychopathic man in the nation as a divine king is a sick finale to the American experiment.
Trump responds to "four more years!" chants: "I'd love to do that. I'd love to do the four more years thing."

It’s weird that he still talks like this, like he’s proud of how he destroyed his whole career by being a dumbass
Johnny Manziel says he and Josh Gordon would sneak out of the team hotel at 5 a.m. on game days to smoke and play FIFA "I would set an alarm if we had a game day at, like, noon or whatever it was. I would leave the team hotel at 5:00am. Me and JG [Josh Gordon] would walk from downtown Cleveland hotel we were at to my building." "We would go to my building. We would turn FIFA on and we would rip the f*cking bong all morning and smoke a blunt." "And he would go play some snaps or he would be suspended and wouldn't be playing, and I was the backup and I ain't never touched the field one time after doing that."

People forget that the US intelligence community is so sophisticated they can manufacture outcomes. They can do this with entertainers, bankers, politicians, anyone. The game is rigged.
The Central Intelligence Agency helped Steve Jobs "prove himself as an entrepreneur" and saved his career during his exile from Apple, says author Sharon Weinberger. After being pushed out of Apple in the 1980s, Jobs created the computer company NeXT. The company was faltering, but the CIA helped keep it afloat by purchasing its tech. "These were beautiful, expensive computers that weren't selling, and this CIA contract gave him several years of runway to prove himself as an entrepreneur," Weinberger said. Apple acquired NeXT in 1996, marking Job's return to the company he co-founded. NeXT's operating system eventually became the foundation for Apple's software. "People agreed that it really helped give him that springboard to go back to Apple, take over Apple and build the iconic brand that we know today," Weinberger said. Weinberger, author of "Valley of Death," joined PBS News Hour's @RealAmnaNawaz to discuss how the biggest names in Silicon Valley are reshaping the Pentagon. Watch the full interview Thursday on the News Hour.

Over the last 25 years, public money has bailed out the airlines, the banks, the insurance industry, the auto industry, agriculture… and then the airlines again. If capitalism is so efficient and self-correcting, why does it keep needing socialism to rescue it?

We don’t talk enough about this event as a betrayal to Lumumba’s legacy. The ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ & Zaire 74 concert gave cover to Mobotu, who betrayed Lumumba and ran DRC as a kleptocracy for 32 years. I’d bet that Don King worked with the CIA to produce the fight & festival.
