ποΈ #BuildInPublic winner: Boop by @taiomi
Taiwo took building in public out into the world with his 100 Boops challenge, handing pet owners printed portraits and letting their feedback shape the app. One judge: "The amount of effort he puts into building in public is unmatched."
Scroll Survival got 2nd place in #BuildInPublic at

Shipaton 2026 winners, 6/20: #BuildInPublic
The award for sharing your build while the feedback can still change it. I build in public too, mostly my bugs :-)
Boop: point your phone at a cat or a dog on your walk, it finds the breed and saves it as a sticker in your book. Taiwo took it out on the street with his 100 Boops challenge, handing printed portraits to the owners. The judges called his effort unmatched.
Scroll Survival: your focus sessions grow a village. Eric shared daily updates and a public roadmap, and the community feedback became dark mode, widgets and a story consequence when you end a session early.
FeedbackThread: reviews, bug reports and feature requests in one queue, with public boards. Aivars built it on livestreams.
Pricing nerd note: Boop has the lowest India price, compared to the US, of every winner I checked. Pro Yearly is $19.99 in the US, βΉ199 (about $2) in India and βΊ150 in Turkey, and every product follows the same rule per country. Proper work.
That's what PricePush does for every country at once: you set one price, it suggests a fair one per country and pushes them to the App Store and Google Play. Free for one app, pricepush[.]app
Congrats @taiomi @brol1dev @Aivars_Meijers

Are you in NY for app week?
Letβs connect!
Iβm a solo founder figuring it out π
Looking forward to meeting a lot of people π€
Apple reviews had been so quick
I sent my latest update for review last Wednesday and still no response
The heck is going on? π‘
I've been scared of slowing down and taking a bit of time to rest
Why? Now that i have an app with real users i don't want my MRR to drop
Do you also get that feeling? Wondering how you deal with it.
I grinded for more than 60 days straight
I decided to take the rest of this week off. Might not be completely off, still may do some stuff but i wont work 10+ hrs daily
is the first time i get this many views in a site
It's a metric I'm not really paying attention to but was nice to see this message to start the week π
#Shipaton is done
But tbh I think my new app can grow. So I'll keep pushing it
I'm already planning on what my next goal will be for it
#BuildInPublic
"Yo!! I made it, I'm on the big screen" π
Thanks for this #Shipaton @RevenueCat . It's been a fun ride! π’
Wow. What a couple of months!
This year's Shipaton was the biggest yet. We hit just under 4,000 apps submitted, 5x on last year.
Take some time to celebrate what you accomplished.
From all of us here, thank you.

Day 62/61 of #Shipaton
The day after the storm
> Chill morning
> Workout
> Back to posting on TikTok
> Wife's treat to celebrate the end π£
For my #Shipaton project I just saw in my github that the first commit I did was on April 25th
It started as a fun side project that I was just messing with
Wow! A lot can change in a few months π΅
I don't think so
At 10K MRR you have more to work with
Someone starting their journey from $0 will not know what to do
Same at 10K, you now need to figure out how to scale
And comparing the 2, it is harder to go from 0 -> 10K
I did it!! π€π€π
> I had $0 MRR
> $0 revenue
> no users
Today
> $200 MRR
> $369 revenue
> 1,300 installs
> 23 app updates and counting
Emotions are all over the place π«βΊοΈπ€ͺ
