YIKES. Roger Marshall’s closing message on spiking gas prices: “There are things more important than money to Kansans” This is the guy who sued his own patients for bills as small as $101, by the way #KSSEN

What Vivek Ramaswamy has done here is despicable beyond words
Amy Acton's brother slams Vivek Ramaswamy featuring her estranged mother in a campaign ad. "After he was arrested and Amy and I were removed from their custody, our birth mother stayed married to Amy’s rapist until he died. This desperate, disgusting attack reveals exactly who Vivek Ramaswamy is at his core – a pathetic excuse for a man who is willing to hurt anyone as long as it gets him what he wants."

It is uncannily reassuring to see the architects of the current court-packed Corrupt Majority suddenly sensing that the public may have run low on patience with the group who turned SCOTUS into a anti-constitutional Guardian Council. There's never been a more corrupt ...

Watch our newest ad, where Kansas doctors agree Roger Marshall broke his oath to care for his patients by charging predatory 18% interest and having them arrested over debts as low as $115

Roger Marshall REALLY doesn't want you to see this ad... Meischa's story is true. Roger Marshall and his lawyers can’t hide the truth about his record from Kansas voters.
Meischa was Roger Marshall's patient. This is her story.

The sad fact about this story is that there are a lot of people in DC who will read this and simply shrug and say, “it’s just the way Washington has worked for decades.” And I’m sure senators (who should be quaking about a story like this) have instead convinced themselves that this isn’t even illegal and if it is, it will take years (or never) for law enforcement to build a case. The swamp is a real thing, this admin didn’t drain it, they monetized it. There’s an extra layer of rot in this town at the moment and everyone who has lived and worked here for a while knows it.
New: In late 2024, FBI investigators had enough evidence to launch a sweeping bribery probe that could ensnare top lawmakers, including Sen. Susan Collins. Then Trump was reelected and eviscerated the FBI and DOJ teams handling public corruption probes. propub.li/4yLLwaF

I am righteously indignant over the wealth transfer to the very few that these bubbles create. The whole system is about creating bubbles so the grift can happen, both inside companies, transferring wealth to their employees at obscene rates, and in politics, as we see all over.

oh my god "One, whom Mr. Marshall sued in 2004 for $1,200, asked that she not be held liable for care she received 'for me and my twins (who I lost).' She was still found responsible for the bill."
New exclusive: In his 25 years as an OBGYN, Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas repeatedly sued patients for outstanding medical debt. At least 81 were arrested during their court proceedings. Some had debt from c-sections; others from miscarriages.

Buying condos with/for(?) your mistress would be a scandal. Doing it WHILE you're running for US Senate would be remarkable self-sabotage
NEW: Ken Paxton bought three condos in a luxury resort in Utah earlier this year. On the deeds, he listed a home in Frisco as his address. Police reports we obtained refer to the home's owner as a woman, who is not his wife, that Mr. Paxton has been recently photographed with.

Very smart focus from Brown tying Husted to the most toxic industry right now with a direct link to rising cost of living in most people's minds.
#OHSen: Former Sen. Sherrod Brown (D) is up on TV with this spot -- Nick Schatzki voiceover: "He's been called the face of data centers in Ohio. Why? Because Jon Husted spent years aggressively recruiting data centers to the state..."

What is the through-line between a decision to allow the president to fire anyone at any agency w/o really showing neglect of duty—but also restrict him from firing a Fed governor because he hasn't demonstrated cause? $$

Nothing was accomplished by Operation Epic Fury except putting the IRGC in charge of Iran and the Strait of Hormuz.
The rumored 60-day ceasefire — with the belief that Iran will ever engage in good faith — would be a disaster. Everything accomplished by Operation Epic Fury would be for naught!

Billionaires know Trump is a crook and either cower to him out of fear or worship him out of greed.
Bezos on Trump: "I think he's a more mature, more disciplined version of himself than he was in his first term. Trump has lots of good ideas. He's been right about a lot of things. You have to give him credit where credit is due."
