It's amazing how much damage could a handful of foreign assets do to a company like USAA. The same story, same tactics are repeated across industries and companies large and small. H-1B infiltration is India's weapon.
NEW: an insider at USAA informs me that two of the worst Indian offenders at the company, CTO Amala Duggirala and her minion, chief strategy officer Ameesh Vakharia, were fired last month in what he describes as an attempt by USAA to right the ship.
Both Duggirala and Vakharia were fired along with a number of non-Indians, but they were the only ones who were escorted out of the building, indicating how bad they were. Duggirala was known for having connections in India and both of them were trying to do what Indians always do: promote other unqualified Indians into management and force out American employees. USAA allegedly fired them in an attempt to refocus on its mission of serving American military customers and their families.
While USAA has a long way to go---according to the insider, USAA's office in Plano, Texas is nothing but Indian H-1Bs working for contractors like TCS---firing these Indians is a good sign for USAA.

Major problems hit north Texas as H1-B families abandon homes and cars after being laid off
They’re not packing up and moving. They’re disappearing.
More than 10 families in Celina and Melissa, just north of Dallas, lost their jobs, bought one-way tickets back home, and left everything behind. The house. The cars. The furniture. All of it.
They reportedly couldn’t sell because values in some of these neighborhoods dropped almost $100,000. Couldn’t cover the mortgage either. So the homes sit empty, sliding toward foreclosure
Here’s the math nobody wants to say out loud. You’re on an H-1B and you lose your job, you’ve got 60 days to find a new sponsor or leave the country.
No sponsor means no visa.
No visa means no income.
No income means the keys stay on the counter and we all eat the damage.
Collin County is down 9% year over year. Celina is sitting on 50 months of lot supply.
One builder went from 70% of his sales to South Asian buyers down to under 30%, with 125 unsold homes on the ground
Entire neighborhoods got built on one visa program where immigrants got more liberties than American citizens. Nobody said it out loud when it was working. Now the buyers are gone and everybody’s acting surprised 🙄
I know a lot of Realtors here. This isn’t a market cooling off. This is our market getting gutted. And if you own a home north of Dallas, you’re already paying for it...
What are you seeing in your neighborhood?

BREAKING: After my tweet went viral, the University of Oklahoma’s previously publicly accessible H-1B hiring notices are now redirecting visitors to a university login portal.
Why is the university restricting public access to these documents?
The University of Oklahoma (@UofOklahoma) has just filed a notice of intent to hire an H-1B Sport Video Production Manager
Salary: $55,931
No American citizen was qualified for this job.
Texas and America are being plundered.
The University of Texas reserves 90% of freshman admissions for Texas residents. But “Texas resident” does NOT mean American citizen.
Under current rules, children of foreign workers on certain temporary visas can qualify for those same seats after their parents establish just 12 months of Texas residency.
As Texans, we fund our public universities. The children of Texas parents who have spent their adult lives paying Texas taxes should receive first priority for admission.
Our children’s futures should come first.

I work at a mid-sized tech company based in the US. In 2023, they fired half our development team and replaced them with Indians in India. While hiring, they had candidates who were paying other people to do interviews for them, in one case one was hired and a completely different Indian woman from the one who was interviewed showed up. Fast forward a couple of years, the quality of the product is falling off a cliff. The Indians are completely incapable of even the most basic code implementations.
My team literally gives them the front-end code, and recently I discovered that instead of taking our front-end code, they've been taking screenshots of our UI and pasting them into Claude Code and having the AI recreate the UI from scratch. The problem is, we already wrote the code for the UI, all they had to do was copy it.
Now, they are essentially vibecoding the entire product and creating technical debt that will already take 6+ months to resolve. I had to train a "Senior Application Developer" how to resize a browser window, some of my Indian coworkers will seemingly take my messages in Teams, put them into Claude, and copy and paste the response back to me. Senior leadership is seemingly totally unaware of the state of what's happening, and continues to "laud" the "move to an offshore model" as a great success.

BREAKING: The nation’s biggest banks dropped customers over their political and religious views, a federal regulator found, per CBS News.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency reviewed 100,000 complaints and found the nine largest national banks it supervises had policies that factored in customers’ political, religious or business activities:
JPMorgan Chase
Bank of America
Citibank
Wells Fargo
U.S. Bank
Capital One
PNC
TD Bank
BMO Bank
One example: JPMorgan-owned WePay closed accounts of merchants selling MAGA and Trump merchandise.

BREAKING: There are now far more people trying to sell homes than buy them.
U.S. home sellers outnumbered buyers by 62.6% in September, the widest gap since Redfin’s records began in 2013.

🚨 JUST IN: In a huge revelation, Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar's Congressional staff reportedly got her birth year CHANGED from 1981 to 1982 AFTER she was elected to Congress, drawing into question the validity of her acquiring citizenship — New York Post
In other words, potentially LYING TO OBTAIN CITIZENSHIP.
BOOM.
Omar says she got citizenship through her father in 2000, BEFORE she turned 18. But if she was actually born in 1981, she would have been too old for that to happen! 🤯
Federal agents searched her D.C. home as part of a criminal investigation. Was this part of it? 👀
THE CASE IS COMING TOGETHER AND SHE NEEDS TO BE DEPORTED.
Ilhan screwed up big time and justice is finally here! No one is above the law 😅

New Fall 2026 UT Austin Demographic data is out:
UT Austin added just 172 students this fall and Asian enrollment rose by 419 - White enrollment fell by 325 and that’s just in the last year.
Ten years ago, 22,227 White students attended UT Austin - today, only 16,285 do.
Over that decade, the university grew 7.5%, adding 3,841 students. But White enrollment fell by 5,942 (−26.7%), while Asian enrollment increased 41.8% and Hispanic enrollment increased 36.8%.
The shift is especially striking at age 18.
In 2017, UT enrolled 3,075 White and 1,813 Asian undergraduates who were 18 years old. Today, it has fully flipped with 2,315 White and 2,713 Asian undergrads.
The demographic differences become even more striking when normalized against Texas public-school enrollment.
Asian students account for 30% of UT Austin’s 18-year-old undergraduates, compared with just 5.8% of Texas K–12 enrollment. That’s 5.2 times their statewide share.
White students are represented almost proportionally, at 1.05 times their statewide share.
Hispanic students, who make up a majority of Texas public-school enrollment, account for just 26.6% of UT’s 18-year-old undergraduates, half their statewide share.
Black students account for 4.6%, despite representing 12.9% of Texas public-school enrollment, just 36% of their statewide share.
Graduate school tells another story.
International students represent just 4.3% of undergraduates but 35% of graduate students and UT’s age data raises another question.
Among undergraduates ages 19–21, Asian representation is 26.6% and International representation is 4.0%.
At ages 22–24, Asian representation falls to 17.6%, while International representation doubles to 8.1%.
H-4 dependent children generally age out at 21. USCIS confirms that H-4-to-F-1 changes of status occur nationally, and Texas reporting rules can classify those students differently. Could that explain some of the shift?
Possibly, but UT’s public data doesn’t provide the granularity needed to test this.
Then there’s the question of Black male enrollment - Black females are represented 2:1 with Black Males.
UT enrolled 627 Black undergraduate men in 2017, in 2026, it enrolled 652; adding just 25 additional students in nine years.
Anecdotally, a historical USC study found Black men represented 68.3% of UT’s scholarship football and men’s basketball players while accounting for just 1.6% of undergraduates. Maybe that historical contrast deserves renewed examination.
But the bigger problem is UT’s racial enrollment data doesn’t tell us where students attended high school, whether they came from another state, or how they qualified for Texas residency.
So we can continue to document a decade of dramatic demographic change, but we cannot fully explain the admissions and residency pathways behind it.
Texas taxpayers deserve that explanation. Now it’s time to examine what’s driving this change.

1. He is a good QB but he isn’t what the media destined him to be.
2. He works better up tempo.
3. He holds the ball too long in the pocket.
4. His OC has not been able or is too stubborn to change his play calling to Arch’s strengths.
Most of Arch’s issues are Sark related. No, Sark doesn’t need to be fired. But he is the coach. He needs to make the changes that opens up Arch’s ability to drive the bus.
