Completion rate is the most tracked number in coaching programs. Also the least meaningful one.
Someone can finish every module, ace the quiz, and change nothing. Someone else bails in week two because one idea hit, raises her prices that week. Your dashboard flags her as the dropout.
The signal worth having: the questions members ask mid-struggle.
