I built a device that fixes my sleep without having to wear something to bed. It can: 1. Measure sleep stages, breathing rate, sleep score with mmRadar 2. Manipulate my sleep stages (so I can always wakeup without feeling groggy) 3. Knows when I’m still in bed and won’t let me snooze my alarms 4. Blocks apps on my phone when I’m in bed trying to sleep at night
