My 2024 Recap 2024 was a fkn busy year. From self-funding PacBot & winning the @blast Mobile Big Bang with 🅿️🔵, to buying a new house and making money & friends in the trenches. Let’s take a quick look back and a preview why 2025 is set to be even busier & more rewarding! 👇 1️⃣ The idea behind PacBot was to combine trading bots with SocialFi on Telegram. Why? Most alpha emerges in group chats, but you’d have to switch apps to act on it. SocialFi projects like FriendTech lagged these features, and people don’t like changing habits for a new Social app anyway. We also leveled up TG trading bots by developing it as a mini-app with a much better UX than those ugly bot interfaces. But the best ideas don’t always win. In the first Big Bang competition, we couldn’t beat the dominant TG bot Bananagun. Naturally, users went where the incentives were. But we didn’t give up. We took on the impossible challenge and won in the end. Our SocialFi element Gang Wars became one of the most talked-about Blast topics in late S1 to early S2. We had lots of fun with our community. 2️⃣ In Sep 2024, Blast announced their Mobile Big Bang program and we seized the chance to double down on the builder’s arc. Project Blue became one of just six winners out of hundreds of applications. Now, our idea holds a $15M post-money valuation, and we’re hustling to release the MVP by the end of January 2025. Some 🅿️🔵 alpha: It combines InfoFi + SocialFi + AI. Imagine an app that filters the noise to curate your info flow while building a reputation score system for X and TG. But that’s not all. the AI part is where the real fun begins. I won’t spoil too much here (still in the lab), but let’s just say we’re making it possible to konnect alpha with action. 3️⃣ On the personal side, I bought a new house for my family. debt-free for peace of mind. As family and life standards keep growing, the house has to catch up. Most of my money comes from over a decade of buying and renovating apartments in my hometown, which now provides great passive income and security. This keeps me balanced in my crypto journey which is way more risky but also way more fun than real estate. The new house is still in renovation (regulations in Germany are insane), but it’s going to be a great cook. I’m especially hyped for my new office (lake view). 4️⃣ 2024 was also a crazy ride in the trenches. We made and lost money on shitcoins and scored big on AI coins. AI x Crypto isn’t just a new meta. it’s going to dominate everything, period. We’re still earlier than late on AI x Crypto, so we’re staying active as both builders and traders. Grateful to have met some amazing people this year. Can’t name them all, but shoutout to @ZoraWeb3, @icobeast, @0xNotoriousPNG, @hemic_, @legendaryy , @0xsammy, @BCheque1, @djenn, @internatblast, @PacmanBlur, @RafalZgoda, @RomulusBlast and so many others. 5️⃣ What’s ahead for 2025? Well, we’ll hustle just as hard on Project Blue as we did in 2024. Our goal: make it the go-to mobile app for alpha from X and Telegram to power AI-driven actions. We’ll deepen our bond with our community even more, offering skin in the game early on for anyone interested. On the personal side, I’m planning to move into the new house with that sweet office where I’ll push Project Blue “to da fkn moon.” Trading-wise, the focus will be on AI x Crypto while staying active on all the relevant chains: Blast, Base, Bera, Hype, Monad, Solana, Abstract, Mega. Hopefully there’ll be some AI agents to help manage all that activity! ;) See you in 2025, fam! 💛🫡

My @Blast Builders Report Part 10! ➡️ This will be the last Builders Report for this year, but it comes with some cool updates. Ofc, I’ll be back with these reports in 2025! ➡️ First things first: Team, vision, and especially execution are what truly matter. I want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Project Blue’s co-founder, @RafalZgoda. He is incredibly experienced in crypto and has tons of ideas for the future. The entire team behind Project Blue is exceptionally skilled and laser-focused on building features we want to use ourselves. ➡️ Since Report 9, we’ve made good progress. The main features of Project Blue’s app are now up and running. At its core, the app delivers a curated crypto feed of token mentions from Twitter and Telegram, cutting out all the noise and irrelevant content. ➡️ on top of that, you can now check influencer accounts and their call performance, making it easier to identify those who really provide alpha. This will improve your information flow and, hopefully, your decision-making. ➡️ All the data we’re tracking will lay the foundation for our long-term vision, which I’ll reveal at a later stage of the journey. ➡️ Our next priority is to stabilize and improve the system and refining our processes. More details about additional features and a roadmap will be shared in due time. ➡️ on another note, I’ve been thinking a lot about building that die-hard community for Project Blue. Imo, the key is skin in the game. Hard truth: there’s no free lunch. Only when you have something to lose and something to win do you truly care and value it. I’m currently exploring ideas and the goal here isn’t to scale. While we welcome everyone and the more the better, I’d rather have 100 die-hard cult members than 1,000 short-term farmers or speculators. I want to see these cult members win big with us together. ➡️ Looking ahead, I’m super excited for 2025. We have very ambitious goals and won’t stop until we win.
