In week one we talked about vision and culture. During the conversation Michal Shemtov from @butcherandbee called out the brilliant Ari Weinzweig of @zingermans and his @ZingTrain as an amazing management resource training.
Michael also mentioned Zingerman's Press. Aside from all the must have books I immediately ordered he particularly suggested the Visioning pamphlet if you're at the intention setting phase of your business. Mine just came and it's so good!!
