My wife recently passed away and when I called @GEICO_Service to remove her from our auto insurance policy I was rewarded with a 13% increase in premium.
That stings, and not something I was expecting.

Hey @WestJet how come westjet.com/en-ca/manage/cha… doesn’t seem to apply when booking through a travel agent (@AmericanExpress Travel). Being told that flight credit for a lower fare rebooking will be forfeited - not cool!
Hey @AskAmex - @WestJet says this is your problem to solve:
“We cannot escalate within WestJet as you did not book directly with us. You may request an escalation with the third party you booked through.”
Where on the @AmericanExpress Travel site does it talk about forfeiting?
