Today we are announcing the next chapter of BIT10.
Over the past year we delivered what we originally set out to build: On-Chain Crypto Indexes through
BIT10 TOP and BIT10 SOL.
Both products remain live and operational and will continue to be, as they were designed to operate autonomously.
Now we are expanding the BIT10 ecosystem with a new project: BITAGENTS
BITAGENTS will be a new product focused on AI Agents, on-chain automation, and decentralized compute.
To protect existing holders of the BIT10SOL token, a snapshot of all BIT10SOL holders has now been taken.
Tomorrow we will launch a new token for BITAGENTS and holders from today's snapshot will receive an airdrop.
Why are we relaunching instead of simply changing the token?
There are three reasons:
• The new product deserves its own name and identity aligned with its mission.
• BIT10 SOL has been fully built as promised, but the name is specifically tied to the Solana Index Fund. As we expand into AI Agents, on-chain automation, and decentralized compute, a new identity allows us to grow beyond the original scope without confusing new users.
• BIT10SOL was launched on the original EasyA Kickstart pools, which did not include creator fees. Relaunching allows us to benefit from creator fees that can be reinvested into continued development and expansion of BIT10.

I went to the Customer Onboarding Hackathon on Saturday and this was the most useful Hackathon for anyone building a startup.
@perlegobooks are trying to increase their conversion rate for their subscription since they have no Free tier.
Our job was to make that experience amazing and increase the conversion rate.
I learnt more about the customer experience and how we should design a system to get the best the most amount of paying users, and the end of the day if you don't get paying customers or some sort of cashflow, your startup will die.
To make startups better at this I encountered @DoriSimulate which is a tool every single startup needs to use ASAP.
It simulates the user onboarding experience and looks at every single thing in your website which adds friction and notifies you exactly where the user will drop off the page resulting in not signing up or starting the subscription.
You may have the best product/service in the world, but if your website lacks the step by step model on how a user thinks which results in a sign up, your startup will not go far.
The image below show's the website that I made for the hackathon had a score of 73 and it generated a CSV file which every step that the simulation done and where exactly my website was lacking in.
Honestly this is the best tool I've seen in a long time and every startup from @ycombinator should use it.

Since the beginning we have had 1 Hot wallet(Agent Wallet) that has done every transaction for our Agents.
This has worked greatly and we have transacted over 60 SOL in Volume on our platform doing it this way.
However, this is not Scalable and today we'll have our first major Backend upgrade towards the Marketplace which will be every single user and every agent will have a Unique wallet that is Linked directly to their Phantom Wallet.
We will be using Circle Developer Controlled Wallets.
From the Users side you have to do nothing, this migration will do everything, all Agent wallet balances will be transferred automatically when the Migration happens.
This will happen in the next 24 hours, and it should be seamless, you can continue using the platform normally.

Time to announce the Hedge Fund Agent is now LIVE!
After some beta testing, we are confident our Hedge Fund Agent should have a positive PnL over at least 3 days, but do test it out(NFA).
We have limited the deposits to $100 as it's still early stage for this.
You can test it for as low as $10 and the Agent uses reinforced learning, over time it will make better Hedge Fund decisions.
