God bless Africa,
guard her children,
guide her leaders,
and give her peace.
We said this prayer everyday at noon throughout high school. It resonates with me especially today because it's voting day at home 🏡 🇿🇦
It's Africa Day🌍! The device you're reading this on likely contains materials from Africa. Today, I challenge you to read news on what's happening in African countries. It's easy just Google an African country and click on the "News" tab🔍

If we don’t start doing some experiments on assisted migration soon, and learning from those experiments in the spirit of active adaptive management, it will be too late for many species. Conservationists are too conservative.
Conservation translocations are a commonly used method to help species that are declining. When undertaken because of climate change they are called #assistedmigration or AM. We found AM to be surprisingly uncommon bit.ly/374tLKe (1/n) @cyclonewatson @HugePossum
