Managers need feedback as much as anybody else, and often more so. Yet when I review manager upward feedback during performance reviews, often enough the "what can they do better" section is left blank. Please don't rob your manager of your feedback!

فيه شركة كنت عارف انها هتعمل layoffs من فترة .. المهم ان الخبر انتشر بين التيمز هناك بس محدش من الـtop management قال ان حد هيمشي رسميًا، وفي خلال شهر الناس القلقانة من الوضع استقالوا وراحوا أماكن تانية، وبالتالي الدنيا زبطت لوحدها كأنك مشّيت النسبة اللي كنت عاوز تمشيها أصلاً

There is no magic pill, and an expensive course is definitely not a magic pill (as much as course makers will tell you).
The power is in you.

2/ If you get laid off, remember that people with potentially much less were able to bounce back, and so can you.

1/ Being (just mildly) afraid of a layoff is only helpful if you can channel it into personal growth right away.
Otherwise, resist any thought, especially if crippling.
If the layoff comes, you will act in THAT moment.
Until then, don't stress over what may never happen.
