Chris reached out to JoAnna Mendoza when she handled Rep. O’Halleran’s veterans issues. Chris was injured during a procedure, even knew Mendoza personally, and hoped a fellow veteran and congressional office would help him.
She never returned his call. That is who JoAnna Mendoza is.
Chris deserved better.
