No one even remembers Eliaquim Mangala. £45m, a total disaster, same as Jovetic (£25m) Negredo (£23m) or Bony (£30m). All signed in a 12-month period. Because there was always more where that came from

How can you be asked a question about the SF FM breaking the law, and end up directing your anger towards the DUP, Gavin Robinson & Bryson? If Gavin Robinson has abdicated his responsibility, how did Michelle O'Neill not even get a mention for what she has done?
Bizarre.
The Alliance Party leader has urged the Drumcree dispute to be "pulled back from the brink" and "to respect the law even if you disagree with it."
When asked about DUP Leader, Gavin Robinson accusing the First Minister of breaking the law, Naomi Long said 'it is for the Chief Constable to decide whether the law has been broken.'
Her comments came as thousands of protesters continued to blockade the predominantly nationalist Garvaghy Road in Portadown in a bid to prevent a contentious Orange Order parade from passing.

Irish Nationalism has proved over the last number of days that it will only support law and order if it runs to its agenda. That is not Equality but Supremacy over any other political or cultural identity.

Imagine the Justice Minister’s tweet if this was Unionist politicians blocking a road and preventing a lawfully authorised parade.
The courts have spoken. The lawful determination stands.
Yet when it happens here, this is the response 👇
Today is our 31st wedding anniversary and looking at the headlines, we could be back in the 1990s.
It's all so utterly, utterly unnecessary and predictable.
My thoughts are with the @PoliceServiceNI who are yet again placed in an impossible position and with their families.

If you praise and welcome decisions of the Parades Commission when you agree with them, but block the roads when you disagree with them, why should anyone take you seriously? Why should the other side act any differently, and abide by rulings it opposes?

Serious questions now arise over whether First Minister Michelle O’Neill’s conduct is compatible with the standards expected of an MLA and respect for the rule of law. Inciting and encouraging people to block roads would put her in direct violation of her professional and legal responsibilities.
She is entitled to disagree with a Parades Commission determination. But encouraging or enabling the physical obstruction of a lawful procession is an entirely different matter.
The Parades Commission has issued a legally binding determination. The rule of law must apply equally to everyone, including those who profoundly disagree with its outcome.
Sinn Féin cannot demand compliance with lawful determinations when they agree with them and disregard their authority when they do not.

It really is quite interesting that "peace" in northern Ireland is purely dependent on republicans getting everything their way. The second a decision gets made that they don't like the peace process is at risk.
Hope they extend the international break for about 50 years so I don’t have to suffer another Utd match, fucking useless

City can spend £915.4m (€1.1 billion) since January 2025, they can buy 'success', they can be the biggest sportswashing project ever seen, they can undertake the greatest cheating scandal in football history, nearly 20 years later it hasn't bought them a fanbase or any respect.

The frightening thing for Man Utd is how much better Brighton are in every area. Coached better, technically better players. Even ran better off the field. #MUFC handed an absolute lesson.
