Praise the Lord!
For it is good to sing praises to our God;
For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.
The Lord builds up Jerusalem;
He gathers together the outcasts of Israel.
He heals the brokenhearted
And binds up their wounds.

There is no way to avoid the Tribulation. It’s God’s prerogative who is alive when it starts, and Pre-Tribulation Rapture is a false teaching.
There are 12 tribes of Israel to this very day. They will play an important part in the tribulation period that is to come in the future. This is a 7 year period of the worst wrath the earth has ever seen poured out upon people who reject Jesus. To avoid it, you simply have to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
