The idiot’s guide to states – and their ‘rights’: 1. States exist. Some 200 of them. 2. States are the political arrangement in which a people express their self-determination. That arrangement can and does change. 3. States enjoy rights, but only against each other. They have the right, for example, not to face unprovoked aggression from another state. 4. No state has some enduring, abstract “right” to exist. Otherwise bad ones like apartheid South Africa would be unreformable. 5. Peoples, by contrast, do have a right to exist. That’s why states that commit apartheid, ethnic cleansing and genocide are so gravely violating international law. Because they are violating a people’s right to exist. 6. When people argue Israel has a “right” to exist, they are trying to dupe you into believing international law is fine with apartheid, ethnic cleansing and genocide. It isn’t. For obvious reasons, international law prefers the rights of peoples over those of states. Otherwise, no state could ever be illegitimate. Its rights would trump those of the people it rules over. 7. When someone refuses to agree that Israel has a “right” to exist, they are not being antisemitic, whatever the media keeps telling you. They are upholding international law: the precedence of peoples’ rights over those of states. 8. The claim that Israel has a “right” to exist is not what it seems. It’s really the claim that the current reality of extreme inequality between Israelis and Palestinians be set in stone. It’s the diabolical claim that Israel has a right to commit apartheid, ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinian people.

Earlier today, uniformed settlement security coordinators drove official 4x4s into Tel Aviv and brandished their military-issued assault rifles in protest of an investigation into settler violence by one of their own. Armed to the teeth and State-backed, they are a grave warning of political violence before and after Israel’s elections.

We have released a free open source tool 'Zero Breach' - that can identify whether a recent Israeli spyware campaign left traces on your PC - the one Citizen Lab exposed, where Israeli ad-tech was used to infect journalists through 'no-click' ordinary ads. It needs Python installed (python.org — tick "Add python.exe to PATH" during setup). Then open PowerShell in the folder where you saved it and run: python -X utf8 zero-breach.py It takes about 15 minutes. It only reads - it changes nothing, needs no admin, and never connects to the internet. It checks for 338 indicators and tells you if one of your browsers interacted with one of the infected ads in the past. (It also checks for Candiru infection) Download it here: github.com/interplains/zero-… You can also check whether your browser or device already blocks these kinds of ads, without downloading anything, here: archivegenocide.com/scan/ You are looking for a green result ✅ - if not, fix your browser settings, install an ad blocker / DNS resolver. For phones: Tens of thousands of apps show these ads, so we suggest you set up a DNS resolver (NextDNS, AdGuard, or a router/Pi-hole blocklist) so your phone blocks all of them automatically. We also publish ready-made blocklists you can subscribe to as well. Use them. Pease report any issues in our telegram linked in bio God bless.

Replying to @netanyahu
We demand that the Chief of the General Staff, the head of the Shin Bet, and the Attorney General initiate a comprehensive investigation into those involved in the planning and execution of the June 8, 1967 attack on the #USSLiberty. The attackers planned and executed the attack so poorly against a virtually unarmed @USNavy ship that had been positively identified beforehand, causing a black mark on the reputation of the @IDF that has lasted for over 59 years. Even after confirming that the attack occurred under the cover of electronic jamming on both @USNavy tactical and international maritime distress frequencies, which prevented the #USSLiberty from broadcasting any call for help and allowed the attack to proceed without fear of Sixth Fleet intervention, the @IDF could not overpower the defenseless #USSLiberty. The decision of both the US and Israeli governments not to perform a genuine investigation of the attack made it impossible to determine the inadequacies of the @IDF planning and execution of the attack and made it impossible for the US government to analyze the actions of the officers and crew of the #USSLiberty with an eye toward incorporating those actions fleetwide. Urge Your Congressman to Co-Sponsor H.Res. 1406 Honoring USS Liberty Crewmen. A group of diplomats from France, Belgium, and Poland were attacked by settler terrorists near Taybeh, in the West Bank. Facing international outcry, the IDF published a revealing response to the incident. Let’s break down why the IDF really failed to protect the diplomats 🔽 The IDF: (1) the European diplomats did not coordinate their visit with the military; (2) the hotline they used to report the attack is not intended for civilian use, so the IDF did not respond to the incident. The IDF is the sole authority responsible for security in the area where they were attacked, at all times and regardless of coordination. That’s why it has an obligation to prevent settler terrorists from attacking people: Palestinians, Israelis, European diplomats or American journalists. Had the IDF fulfilled its responsibility, masked settlers armed with clubs wouldn’t be roaming around a Palestinian village in broad daylight in the first place. And even if the hotline is not intended for civilian use, as the IDF claims, it remains unclear why the soldiers who received the call did not relay the report to the appropriate unit. The IDF will always have a bureaucratic excuse, but the real reason is that backing settler terrorists is its policy. For this reason, every day settler terrorists, funded by the state, injure people, slaughter animals, burn mosques and homes, uproot trees, and destroy property. They kill Palestinians and mostly get away with it. If, on the other hand, a Palestinian teenager throws a stone at the attackers, soldiers are authorised to use lethal force to “eliminate the threat.” European diplomats got a glimpse of everyday life for Palestinians in the West Bank. This horrifying routine serves a purpose. Through daily terror and economic strangulation, it aims to drive Palestinians off their land. The ultimate goals: ethnic cleansing and annexation.

1/3 The true story of the USS Liberty is more shocking than any spy novel written by Tom Clancy. The most top-secret spy ship in the world. Its client was the NSA. The ship and its 294 U.S. Navy sailors were rushed to the Mediterranean Sea.

A majority of the 635 children held in Israeli prisons in 2025 were put in solitary confinement, usually for between one and two weeks – some up to eight times. 92 per cent of those children had not been sentenced. A third had not even been charged with an offence. The world's highest court says Israel is an apartheid state. Its decades-long occupation is illegal.

Fear is not a by product of the violence in the West Bank: it is one of its goals. Israel is systematically killing, injuring, imprisoning, torturing and forcibly displacing Palestinians on a massive scale. These are not isolated incidents or spontaneous attacks by extremist settlers, but part of a deliberate mechanism of control and oppression designed to intimidate the entire Palestinian population, disrupt their lives and drive them off their land. This is how the system is structured, and how it has operated for decades. This violence is carried out by different arms of the same system: the military, police, Shin Bet (ISA), Israel’s Prison Service, and settler militias. The military bombs residential areas, demolishes homes, kills Palestinians and forcibly displaces them. In prisons, Palestinians are subjected to torture and abuse. Meanwhile, the state supports settler militias and provides them with the necessary infrastructure to operate, while soldiers protect them and sometimes participate in their attacks on Palestinians. These are not separate actors: they are part of a single mechanism, operating with institutional backing and almost complete impunity granted by the law enforcement system. Impunity is not a failure of the system. It’s how the system works. Since October 2023, this violence has escalated dramatically. According to B’Tselem’s figures, From October 7, 2023, until September 21, 2026, Israel killed 1,116 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 245 children and teenagers The ripple effect is enormous. Any Palestinian in the West Bank who leaves home in the morning, drives along a road or works farmland is constantly calculating the risks involved. That is the goal of the mechanism of violence and intimidation: to make life impossible for Palestinians in the West Bank, drive them off their land and dismantle the conditions for their existence as a collective. It is one of the five mechanisms Israel is employing in its Elimination Project. Read more in our report >> btselem.org/the_elimination_…

On October 13–14, Israel continued its daily slaughter. Here are the people it killed over those 24 hours: 1) Reem Asaad Awad, 33, al-Rimal, Gaza City. Israeli aircraft struck her family's apartment near the Abu Talal junction at about 4 AM Wednesday. Two people were wounded, one of them a girl. Her daughter was pulled from the fire that followed. The picture below is of her. 2) Mohammed Fawzi al-Jumla, age not reported, Tel al-Hawa, Gaza City. Died Wednesday of wounds from an Israeli strike on Tel al-Hawa days earlier. 3) Abdul Karim Sami al-Nahhal, age not reported, al-Shati camp. Shot dead Tuesday by Israeli naval gunboats off al-Sudaniya, on the coast northwest of Gaza City. 4) Mustafa Izzat Mansour, age not reported, al-Mawasi, Rafah. Died Tuesday of wounds from Monday's drone strike near the Muawiya Mosque in the so-called safe zone. He is the third person killed by that strike. Just another random day of a supposed ceasefire. But every day, Israel kills multiple people.

"During the more than 80 days [in Netzarim, Gaza] we were there, my brigade killed 160 to 170 people. Only one man was suspected of carrying a weapon. No one saw the weapon." We collaborated with Der Spiegel to publish testimonies from ten soldiers who served in Gaza. Here are some excerpts from their testimonies: NAZA-300: Up to 300 Civilians Authorised to be killed as Collateral Damage "When it came to high-ranking officers, several hundred civilian casualties were allowed for a certain attack. I remember the case of Ibrahim Biari, the Hamas commander in Jabalia. [...] A few hours before the attack on October 31, 2023, our commander gathered us all around and told us that the chief of staff had decided to actually attack the place and it was potential for collateral damage of 300 civilians. The attack was eventually carried out." Rules of Engagement: "Someone reported that there was a Hamas spotter on the roof of a building. A drone was sent there, and the pilot said: 'This person is hanging laundry.' An officer replied: 'Palestinian men don’t hang laundry. He must be a spotter.' The drone pilot said again: 'No, he’s standing with his back to us and hanging laundry.' Then the officer of the tank unit that was part of our combat force said: 'I have a clear shot. Can I fire?' The commander asked: 'Can you see the spotter?' By then, he was definitely a spotter, a 'Tatzpitan.' The commander gave the order to fire.' About 20 minutes later, ambulances raced to the building and began evacuating the wounded and the dead. A little later, I saw a report on an Israeli news website: Palestinians claim that 12 members of a family have been killed. That’s how it’s always phrased: 'claim.' And I thought: that was us." Human Shields: "While I was on duty in Rafah, I witnessed the use of human shields, known as "mosquitoes.” I saw two or three of them: young Palestinian men clad only in shoes and underwear, blindfolded and with their hands bound. In the houses that served as our camps, music from the radio was constantly blaring so that they couldn’t hear anything. They were sent ahead into tunnels and houses, and during their missions they had to wear Israeli military uniforms and GoPro cameras." Retroactive Incrimination: Whenever people are killed or injured, the army’s first response is to try to link them to Hamas. That’s because saying the people killed were Hamas terrorists looks better in the eyes of the world. We call this process 'retroactive incrimination.' [...] In the case of the attack on journalists at [the Nasser] hospital, the first [the IDF's] statement said that six Hamas terrorists had been killed. It said the target was military and posed a threat to the soldiers. The soldiers referred to it as a 'Hamas camera,' because Hamas could use it to see everything happening nearby. Their aim was to take out cameras like that. But the Reuters cameraman they targeted was not a terrorist. They killed a legitimate journalist." Destruction of Buildings: "Is one building the tallest in our sector? We destroy it because it could pose a threat. But then the next-tallest building becomes the tallest, and so it goes on until everything is destroyed. At first, we were told to destroy individual buildings. Later, we were assigned an entire area" "When we used civilian homes as a base, we were often told to set the house on fire as we withdrew. That didn’t destroy the building completely, but it made it uninhabitable. We understood that the point was to prevent the residents from returning."
