New publication from @OatesLab using our #lightsheet microscope is online! We enjoyed working with Arianne @bercowskya on the automated object tracking.
Replying to @OatesLab
We followed clock oscillations at single-cell resolution throughout somitogenesis. We used @ViventisMicro LS1 Live #lightsheet microscope to image cells in vivo. To always keep the tissue of interest in the field of view we used online tracking during acquisition.
