Try to reduce gradually, go from 5 days a week to 3 days a week with your company. That way you can give more energy to the side project and decide to go all in later if it makes sense. If it doesn't you can still provide

J'ai séparé le dev du reste perso, le dev se fait sur Paseo qui tourne sur mon VPS je peux récupérer un worktree démarré par un agent n'importe quand. Sinon je me suis créé une UI custom pour gérer mes autres agents, un d'entre eux est un PM qui peux créer des tickets et spawn de agents paseo. Ca ressemble à ça.

J'ai testé beaucoup de channels: slack, telegram iMessage et maintenant une UI custom avec des notifs via ntfy.sh/ mais ça commence à en faire vraiment beaucoup. L'email me tente pas mal je pense que je vais tester pour certains workflows.

Not sure it is that bad, if people are into it it means there is a business for it. Your friend can probably still get a piece of the pie, maybe need to niche down the product a bit though.

i already struggled to keep up when switching between tools. with ai i'm even more overwhelmed by notifications. i'm trying to build something custom for myself to centralize it. has anyone found a way that works?

You can run it with your Claude or Codex sub right now, haven't tried Grokbot but I'd rather not depend on one single provider

Running this in something like Hermes will be less expensive and give you more control. Also when the sub price goes up it will be easier to switch
