Using Claude every day to help run the studio side of @basis_lab. Such an incredible process unlock ⚡️ For each client project, I create a project in claude and consistently feed it video transcripts, design feedback, important email exchanges, etc. Doing this keeps me rooted in the client's goals/needs and has significantly improved my communications with them. I use this process to to iron out product thinking, strategize meetings/reviews based on project requirements and the project "unknowns" It's also super especially helpful when building product in industries/tech you're not familiar with.. A current project requires EDI integration, I fed claude the platforms EDI docs + my questions and was able to quickly define our apps requirements as well as a list of questions for their EDI team. Highly recommend doing this if you're not already!
