What a mess. These guys were clowns from the start. Had more money than sense and left a war path behind them. All the way to the finish line and now beyond.
Talent that were apart of any campaign they put out are left submitting claims to the insolvency agency.
I wholeheartedly agree. Absolute disgrace and mismanagement across the board. Each individual in the upper management knew and failed to tell anyone. They all walk away with their money while anyone owed is left to deal with the insolvency agency.

Have now been told that because I did not pay the bill (despite having a direct debit guarentee letter in the post confirming setup) and kow settling the bill by paying over the phone. I now have to take out a new package and be sent a new router. This is torture @vmbusiness
Going public with this. @vmbusiness cancel my account with zero notification. Spent 2hrs on the phone only to be told i have to reorder a whole new service. Direct debit was never setup despite a letter confirm with a guarantee this went on for 6-months!!! @Ofcom.

I am now without internet for the entire weekend because @vmbusiness did not set up the direct debit on my account (despite receiving physical letters in the post) and their customer team is not open weekends. Final straw. I will be leaving this shite service on Monday.
2023 was a huge year for us at Mode TwentyOne.
We delivered some of the biggest brand opportunities for our exclusive roster that the industry has to offer and we look to continue this well into 2024.
But as 2024 kicks off, i will always advise talent to think beyond brands.
This where you think beyond brand partners. Being entrepreneurial is thinking about your audience and how you go beyond content. At Mode TwentyOne we think long term. Short term things are always occurring and continue to be serviced. But we never lose sight of the end goal.
Haha! The way some humans on planet earth parent is beyond comprehension. Its why most of todays adults see therapists. Our generation should know how NOT to parent so we don’t get another generation who have to see therapists.
