Grateful to have been part of this journey. 💜 Thanks to everyone at NYU Blockchain Lab—it was an amazing experience!
A huge thank you to the outgoing Eboard who built the foundation @Ukaverse22 @behapppppy_ @YuyaoWang From packed panels to developer camps to partnerships to redesigned the visual & more. The Lab is what it is because of you!

Proud to be part of NYU Blockchain Lab 💛💜
Really inspired by @BNBCHAIN & @yzilabs—great conversations on where Web3 is headed and how students can get involved.
We were excited to welcome BNB Chain & YZi Labs to NYU for the first stop of their school tour. 💛💜
The evening featured thoughtful conversations on Web3, ecosystem growth, and the pathways through which students can engage more directly with the industry.
At NYU Blockchain Lab, our mission is to connect students with the builders, ideas, and opportunities shaping the future of blockchain and financial infrastructure. Events like this help make that mission tangible by creating space for direct dialogue between campus and industry.
Thank you to @BNBCHAIN, @yzilabs, and everyone who joined us for contributing to such a meaningful and engaging discussion.

My dear front-end developers (and anyone who’s interested in the future of interfaces):
I have crawled through depths of hell to bring you, for the foreseeable years, one of the more important foundational pieces of UI engineering (if not in implementation then certainly at least in concept):
Fast, accurate and comprehensive userland text measurement algorithm in pure TypeScript, usable for laying out entire web pages without CSS, bypassing DOM measurements and reflow

the most magnificent data visualization ever..

HTML slide might be the future of presentation tool
I created a Claude Skill that make beautiful slides on the web. The world hasn't woken up to the fact that code can create much better slides than most PPT tools.
- Claude interviews you first about aesthetics, then generate a few directions to "show not tell", and you can pick your favorite
- Cool transitions and animations
- Interactive hover states and cursor effects
- Auto-fits on any screen
- Supports converting existing PPTX files to web-based slides; preserves original images and brand assets
I asked Claude to make a slide show about this skill to showcase what it can do.

Wow, UI designers are getting replaced… even Figma might be next.
Recently refreshed the logo and visual system for @BlockchainNYU .
Instead of changing the original symbol, the redesign focuses on simplifying the visual language and refining the color and layout to create a cleaner, more modern identity.
The updated design emphasizes signal-like lines and a neon gradient to better reflect themes of networks, technology, and decentralized voices.
Excited to see this space continue growing as a place where students explore Web3, experiment with ideas, and co-create the future of decentralized systems.

For 20+ years, software ate the world. Now, AI Agents are eating software.
A massive signal just came out of China that most people missed:
Bairong (a publicly listed enterprise giant) started selling "AI Workers".
they call it Results-as-a-Service (RaaS). 🧵
instead of buying "seats," enterprises now "hire" agents. each agent comes with a job description, KPIs, and revenue targets.
if performance drops, the bill drops. if the agent improves, it earns more.
Bairong runs this through "Results Cloud". it’s essentially an HR system for machines.
they’ve already deployed agents across: Sales & Customer Service + Recruitment (hiring cycles cut from 30 days to 2) + Legal & Tax (handling 90% of high-frequency work)
this is where the SaaS model starts to crack.
Traditional SaaS: You pay upfront. You carry the risk.
Agentic Era: You pay for outcomes. The vendor carries the risk.
this shift is being accelerated by the collapse of build costs.
I came across this post by @martinald recently that agentic coding has slashed internal build costs by ~90%. when it's this cheap to build exactly what you need, the "Buy" in "Build vs Buy" dies.
IMO, Vendors who are not able to price against results will struggle.
the "Seat" is dead. the "Outcome" is everything. 🤖📈
Last semester at ITP, in Art Kleiner’s Future of Tech & Media, we imagined futures shaped by AI.
One question stuck with me:
what happens if the data that trains AI is owned by only a few?
then intelligence becomes power, and power becomes centralized.
If we don’t want a closed future, decentralization still matters.
Maybe Web3 isn’t just hype — but an alternative direction.

your timeline convinced you AI is in a bubble. talk to a boomer above the age 35 for 5 minutes.
most people don’t even know what claude is.
kind of wild when you zoom out.
I spent 100 hours over the past week researching, writing and editing the piece we just put out.
It’s a scenario, not a prediction like most of our work. But it was rigorously constructed, dismissing it outright requires the kind of intellectual laziness that tends to get expensive.
And we’ve released it for free. Hopefully you enjoy it.

A short AI-generated film imagining 2032 — a future where machines surpass human labor and society enters a new phase of inequality.
I’m less interested in the technology itself, and more in how this shift might reshape how we define value, identity, and purpose.
If work is no longer what defines us, what becomes of being human?
Created with Luma AI as a final project for Future of Tech and Media at NYU, in collaboration with two teammates.
