Our new newsletter is here! Some key notices: Bebras is running for the next couple of weeks - good luck to all those entering!; The big book of computing content is here: helloworld.raspberrypi.org/b… ! And collins has provided FREE flashcards, perhaps useful for Nov mocks.. 😊

Happy Friday and happy start to the year! Here's this month's news letter with some suggestions for extra curricular (can also be used on open evenings - some parents get quite competitive over the touch typing games…) and a reminder of all the great events ahead! #caschat

Short and sweet as it’s summer! Replugging the brilliant blog posts again and wishing you all a brilliant summer.

Summer is nearly here! If you need some ideas for end of year lessons consider arcade.makecode.com/. We've also shared the benefits of QLA (perhaps useful for this time of year...) and here's a reminder for next Tuesday’s caschat. Hope to see some of you there!

Happy half term! If anyone has questions or want to discuss computing GCSE, there is an informal teach meet happening at 10 (link shared on FB).

Happy long weekend! Exams are just around the corner and so our focus for this month is inviting successful talk for learning into the classroom with talking roles and concept cartoons.

Some year 11 students claimed to not know SQL this week. If anyone needs some questions to practice, this has tended to work well to cover the spec points. A copy with hints for students and answers will be on FB by the end of the weekend 😊

Continuing work on some computing misconceptions- pdf to be uploaded to the FB page shortly #caschat
