🤝 We’ve teamed up with exceptional partners including @UmbrellaHR1 @DiversityTrust @beapplied and @TSIConsultancy to help us refine our action plans and provide invaluable insights.
🛠 And are working to implement EDI principles into our lending procedures and marketing strategies to promote a more equitable social sector.

Gen Z is getting ahead via nepotism.
According to a new report from @beapplied, 42% of surveyed workers gained a job through nepotism. For Gen Z, that number reached almost 70%.
Compared to baby boomers, just 1/4 said they had landed a job through someone they knew.
