A founder came to me wanting 10 videos a month, and I told him LET’S DO IT.
He paid for the first month, and he disappeared… Yeah he never recorded a single video.
As a founder, you’re already busy managing a whole business.
Volume is an X strategy, but it fails on YouTube.
On X, you can post 6x a day, and you’ll see the impressions go up
On YouTube, 10 uploads means:
- 10 recording sessions
- 10 scripts
- 30 thumbnails
- 10 video edits
- 20 hours of strategy
- 5-7 team members working in sync
Put all your energy into making the best video possible. But you can’t sacrifice quality and expect better results.
You SHOULD do 2-3 videos a week if your energy and budget allows for it. But it’s rare.
Go ahead and try posting 10x a month. You’ll waste money, time, and views because it doesn’t work.
