Had an open night & was able to capture some @KinexonSports GPS data with @PatsRevolution on game week. It’s always interesting to see the differences/similarities between different high school football programs in regards to all of the GPS metrics I am able to obtain.

Running long distances to prep football players for games is like running different plays in practice than you will in the game. Neither prepares them for the demands they will face in game. If you want to set them up for success, reverse engineer the flow of the game🏈🫡
