When Andy Burnham was a Labour MP he bought a London flat worth £215,000 using Parliamentary expenses including a £16,644 claim for stamp duty and legal fees including a new kitchen. It is now worth £480,000. After you weren't allowed full mortgage interest claims on rental properties, he simply went on to rent the flat out and later claimed public rental expenses for a separate London accommodation. This is who Andy Burnham is. Andy for him not Andy for us.
