Thread below on what I’m going to do to further my knowledge and improve as a coach. ⚽️
I love coaching football, yet it’s so hard to break into a career dominated by ex pros. 😢
I moan about the chances us normal folk are given, yet never do anything about it. 🤷🏾♂️

So hard to continue coaching when you’re trying to better yourself and your progress gets halted year after year!
Coaching badges don’t define you, however they do define what roles you can take on in football!
In the meantime pros/ex pros stroll on to the courses! 🤣

Great game today for @ChathamTownWFC U14’s against @EUFCofficial,
One of the best things about coaching is when your team puts in a great performance and they all come off the pitch buzzing, smiles on faces is winning in itself! 😃
Exciting times ahead! 🥳

Impostor Syndrome is real! 🤯😫🤦🏽♂️
When it comes to football coaching, I have so many personal doubts on a daily basis!
Was that session good enough?
Do I know what I’m talking about?
Do the players like me?
Do they enjoy my sessions?
Do I have what it takes to pursue coaching as a career?
I’m not as good as X coach?
That’s just a handful of 100’s of questions I ask myself on a daily basis.
I absolutely love coaching and it gives me such a buzz, but that doesn’t prevent me from doubting my own abilities!

I’ve loved coaching all the girls at @sussexgirlsRTC this year. Wish the club and the girls all the best for the future.
Buzzing to now get going with @ChathamTownWFC U14’s next week. An exciting project with my local club.
