Microsoft shipped a really compelling product on top of @OpenClaw today. We worked with them since March to make the codebase ready for large-scale deployments, they are a great partner and open-source contributor. 🙏🦞

Canada’s capital is not disappearing. It is migrating. For decades, real estate competed directly with financial assets for household savings and investment capital. That era may now be ending. As housing loses its momentum, liquidity is rebuilding and capital is shifting toward financial assets, investment funds and other productive opportunities. For financial advisors, this could be one of the biggest structural changes in a generation: Real estate may no longer be the dominant competing asset it was from the 1990s through the 2020s. 🏠 The housing wealth machine is weakening. 💵 Capital is becoming more liquid. 📈 Financial assets are regaining relative appeal. 🌱 Eventually, capital can be redirected toward productive investment and the technologies of the next Economic Spring. For forty years, the question was: “Why own financial assets when my house keeps going up?” The next decade may increasingly ask: “Why tie up capital in an illiquid asset with weak expected returns?” For financial advisors, that is a profound change in the competitive landscape. The great Canadian real-estate party is ending. The great capital reallocation may only be beginning.
The Rally is ageing! The headline indexes are still holding up. But underneath the surface, the message is changing. Market breadth is deteriorating. More stocks are breaking down. Short-term yields remain under pressure. 👇 Even areas investors traditionally treat as defensive are no longer providing the same easy refuge. This is what the late stages of a business-cycle rally often look like: 📈 The indexes remain resilient ⚠️ Participation narrows 💰 Liquidity becomes more restrictive 📉 Weakness spreads beneath the surface before it appears in the averages That does not mean markets must collapse tomorrow.

. @talbroda, former VP Compute for @Openai could have joined any fund but picked us. Honored and a real boon to entrepreneurs who take our money. Thrilled have him join @khoslaventures and help back and build the next generation of world-changing companies. As he says "Someone asked me yesterday what success looks like 5 years from now. I think it’ll probably be too early to judge my investment record. But I hope founders will say I was one of the most helpful people around the table, and had a real positive impact on their company. If you’re building in AI, especially AI infra, I’d love to talk! "🚀 wsj.com/pro/venture-capital/…

It must be Calvin who works for Scott Bessent now. He's got a new office in a DC asylum and helping them to target rebels like yourself

Still sipping my water. Stay hydrated my friends
5 years ago this was talked about on The Come Up Series as @iammarkmonroe brought this to the cousins as a company in the cyber world. It was a 50 dollar long term buy and look at it today. A new 52 week high.

If you're a homie, or we've done business in any capacity, send me a text. Got a drop for you.
Why didn't @travisk raise more than $1.7B for Atoms? "You gotta stop somewhere." "We'll do a second close. If you're a homie, we definitely have room for you. If you're not a homie, you should talk to one of my homies."

Your regular reminder that the suburban centers that we build in Ontario could look like this, if we did building code reform.
When I think about how we should be building new suburban town centers and TOCs in Toronto/GTA, it should look more like this and less like VMC/Square One. And I think most suburbs would be shocked at how good the economics and quality of life in these places could be.

What's the deal with low close rates among technicians? It's easy to assume that your price is too high, but it's more than likely a communication problem. Your techs may just be struggling to communicate the value. “I need another quote.” “I need to talk to my spouse.” “This feels expensive.” Your team should hear these objections so often in role play that the real conversation feels routine. Solve this through regular sales training sessions.

Following up. We're working with Rohit via DM and he's amazing (and a previous Atlas user!). 1/ He has a UK Link account with UK number, which isn't _yet_ supported for agentic purchases. He's going to make a US Link account with US number. [It's annoying this requires a new account, but a problem for another day.] 2/ For some reason, he's not seeing our "Link agent wallet isn't yet available in [X] country" screen. [Fixing bug.] 3/ So then somehow he got to that OAuth step, where the error message is just bad. [Fixing message.]

as much as we are all obsessed with faster, a lot of prompts would be better off slower and smarter and cheaper in the background across many models. here’s how with @OpenRouter =>
Six reasons why the OpenRouter Batch API is uniquely powerful: 1. best model coverage in the market! 71 models so far: openrouter.ai/models?q=batch 2. we route to the cheapest provider, and you get the best pricing 3. you can use the API format of your choosing: /chat/completions, /responses, /messages on all models. No need to learn a provider's batch dialect. 4. better DX for submitting requests and polling for full responses, rather than the annoying middle steps of submitting jsonl to a files API, getting that file id, submitting upstream batch, polling upstream output files id, translating results 5. no need to manage files APIs or external buckets 6. BYOK just works too!

Notre Dame's endowment rarely hammered GPs on terms. ⁣ ⁣ Instead of a flat 30% carry, they'd tell managers: start at 20, go to 30, maybe higher if you clear 4-5x the fund.⁣ ⁣ Scott Malpass's logic: "I'm happy to pay up for excellence as long as the terms are balanced."

A failing test just did its job: it caught a change that would have let guests book on Saturdays, when Saturday bookings aren't allowed. Watch one of our engineers Satchel fix it before it ever reaches production, using "diagnose with Wren." He clicks diagnose, and Wren opens a new chat with full context on the failure. It works out what's broken and proposes a fix. Satchel approves it, and Wren opens a branch to build and validate the change safely. Rerun the failing test: it passes. One more check confirms the agent is correctly refusing to book on Saturdays. It's a look at how Wren can be used to catch, diagnose, and fix issues before they ever reach a live caller. Learn more about Wren here 👉 poly.ai/blog/wren-agent-impr…
