Great SaaS companies differentiate on the backend. The backend is where the value, IP, and security is. The frontend [design, UX, copy, content, etc.] can all be copied. There can be no long-term differentiation strategies there.

The 2nd greatest trick would be paying for provisioned IOPS on EBS volumes in AWS especially when you get 60 IOPS/GB included with @OracleCloud "balanced" block volumes (which by the way, are 4.25¢/GB-mo vs AWS io1 volumes at 12.5¢/GB-mo PLUS 6.5¢/IOPS up to max 50 IOPS/GB).
