Trusted Friends lets friends chat more freely. Friends can report each other, and Community Standards still apply. Bans are for severe or repeated violations, not swearing. While no system is perfect, we’ve found no correlation between Trusted Friends and unfair bans.

Three weeks of tickets and Roblox has now finally told me the full username of the account they claim I'm linked to. No proof, no explanation. Just ‘correctly terminated.’
To note I've never met this user, nor do I have any connection to the account they claim I'm linked to.
I’ve asked them to compare IPs, countries and phone numbers, but so far no response.
This is what a false linked-account ban looks like.

We’re told to submit tickets and be patient, but nobody responds. When they finally do, we get a short, meaningless reply denying our appeals without explaining anything. Are real humans even reviewing our cases? Do we matter to Roblox, or only when we’re spending money?
Got a response but it was an automated response surprise surprise… i just made another support ticket so im hoping for the best

No response from Roblox but I will keep fighting, I’ve seen some people give up on their accounts but I will keep fighting for their sake. They finally address the enforcement issue and hopefully they will address the safety bans.
