AAA gets a FFF grade. Over 10 calls to @AAACarolinas since last Friday morning to arrange for a local tow. Each dispatcher seems surprised and “expedites” the request, yet nothing happens. Feeling stranded by a company whose purpose is roadside assistance. #CustomerServiceFail
