Two years ago, people didn’t see Voice AI going anywhere while last week, @bolna_dev was sought by the biggest BFSI institutions to build their Voice AI support infrastructure… the paradigm shift in the trust and dependability speaks for itself.
India loves to speak and Bolna’s debut at @GffFintechfest proved exactly that. Booth Z1 at GFF gave the world a glimpse into the diverse roles voice agents can play and the linguistic barriers it can remove for a demography as wide and complex as India.
